From the abundant Chamomile and Elderflower that grace the Silent Pool’s surroundings to the fragrant roses and lavender adorning our nearby village of Albury, our luxury English Gin is a harmonious blend of nature and craftsmanship. While our ‘secret ingredient’ is the exquisite local honey from the Albury Estate hives.
